This program provides two adults with three (3) vacations:
*Accommodations for four (4) days and three (3) nights in: Buenos Aires, Argentina….Rio De Janeiro, Brazil…San Jose, Costa Rica
Terms and Conditions
Complete the attached Activation Form to Validate and mail. Once the activation form is received and validated. We recommend you mail it certified to proof receipt. DreamWorld Vacation.com will then issue a valid Reservation Request form for each promotional vacation within seven (7) business days. When you receive your Reservation Request form you must:
- Select two (2) valid dates per vacation
- Mail in at least sixty (60) days in advance of earliest departure date for each vacation.
- There are no travel dates available December 15th to January 3rd.
- If you travel on a Federal Holiday, or weekend, DreamWorld Vacation.com will do its best to accommodate your dates, but reserves the right to offer alternative dates if necessary.
- Vacationers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as, but not limited to meals, taxes, transportation and surcharges. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- You may book your airfare or car rental through DreamWorld Vacation.com as we may be able to offer you discounted prices.
- DreamWorld Vacation.com offers upgraded package for additional monies.
- DreamWorld Vacation.com’s Promotional packages are based on a limited "first come, first serve basis". And reserves the right to end this offer at its own discretion
- This certificate has no cash redemption, but they are fully transferable if you want to use them as a gift. All transfers must be in writing with names and address of who they have been transferred too.
- Vacationers are responsible for proper I.D. for traveling outside of the U.S. a valid passport or U.S. birth certificate with raised seal with pictured I.D.
- Cancellations must be in writing and penalties may apply once reservations have been confirmed.
- Fulfillment of this program is the sole and exclusive obligation of DreamWorld Vacation.com.
- DreamWorld Vacation.com and affiliates do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expenses, or inconvenience, not for loss injury, death or damage to any person or property at any hotel or resort or on any aircraft/ ship or in transit to and from said hotel/resort/aircraft/ship or from any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, terrorist acts or acts of God.
- This program is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for DreamWorld Vacation.com employees or family members of employees.
- This vacation offer expires 24 months from date of issue and travel on all 3 vacations must be completed before expiration date.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: This travel package may be cancelled for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you receive it. The rescission, which must be made in writing, shall be delivered by certified mail to 6375 S. Pecos Rd. Suite 117, Las Vegas, Nevada 89120. The purchaser shall return the travel package and all of its content and materials to the seller upon said notice in the same condition in which it was received or pay $275.00. Any refund will be issued within 21 days provided all materials are received by seller at the above address the initial administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.
